Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Local Delivery
Free local delivery for orders over $800! For orders under $800, a local delivery fee of $30 will be charged.

Deliveries will be made by SF-Express or other couriers. We will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our delivery.

 

In-store Pickup
You can save the shipping cost with picking up at our store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 business day. You will receive a notification once the order is ready for pickup.

Our hours of operation are from 11am - 8pm, Monday to Saturday. Please show your order confirmation email upon arrival.

 

 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mikiss.select@gmail.com or leave us a message on our website with your name, contact and order number, and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as we can.
